Indian Mujahideen letter when they attacked Varanasi

In the name of Allah, The Most Beneficent, The Most Merciful.
Let’s feel the Pain together!
All Praise is for Allah( ), The Lord and The Sustainer of the Worlds. And Peace and
Salutations be upon the Prophet Muhammad( ).
And who are more unjust than those who forbid that Allâh's Name be glorified and mentioned much (i.e. prayers
and invocations, etc.) in Allâh's mosques and strive for their ruin? It was not fitting that such should themselves
enter them (Allâh's Mosques) except in fear. For them there is disgrace in this world, and they will have a great
torment in the Hereafter. (Al Baqara:114)
Indian Mujahideen attribute this attack to the 6th of December that will haunt your nation of
world’s ‘Greatest DemoNcracy’ until Muslims are paid back justly and fairly for the loss of their
beloved Babri Masjid, the precious lives of their near and dear ones, their pride, dignity and
self-respect. O you lowliest, stupid worshippers of Shiva and Parvati’s ‘sexual organs’! Be
assured that Indian Mujahideen, the sons of Mahmud Ghazni, Muhammad Ghori, Qutb-ud-din
Aibak, Firuz Shah Tughlaq and Aurangzeb (may Allah bestow His mercy upon them) have resolved that
none of your Mandirs will remain safe until and unless all our occupied Masjids throughout
India are returned back to the Muslims with honour.
Allah( ) and Prophet’s( ) Verdict about a Masjid:
Once a masjid is erected, it always remains a masjid and the ‘property’ of Allah( ) until
the Last Day. It cannot return to being the property of any person or community even those
who may have paid for establishing it. Neither above it nor below it on any floor can be used for
anything but as a masjid. Hence, all rulings that apply to a masjid will now apply to the exact
same area directly below it on each of the lower floors (including the basement); and likewise
on all floors above it because it is a masjid to the peaks of the heavens and likewise to the
recesses of the earth below.
O Muslims! For the sake of Allah( ) STOP trusting the Taghut Judiciary and the Taghut
Parliament and mend ways to ‘please’ Allah( ) alone. Technically speaking even the socalled
‘supreme court’ stands inefficient against legislations approved on the floor of the House.
It needs no mention that time and again the Congress party with its hidden agenda has shown
its true colors. Be it the inaction over the planting of the idol in 1949 or the shilanyaas, the
ground-breaking ceremony of 1989 and finally the demolition of the Babri Masjid in 1992. For
all practical reasons the Masjid site has since been transformed into a Mandir, thanks to the
Supreme Court order to maintain Status-quo. The Allahabad High court’s verdict of ‘Aastha
over Facts’ is exemplary of the bias judiciary although Ram is purely a mythical figure. The
Supreme Court, the high courts, the lower courts and all the Commissions have utterly failed
to play an impartial role regarding Muslim issues. Narendra Modi who presided over the 2002
massacres of muslims in Gujarat is given a clean chit whereas the victims still run from pillar to
post for justice. Even the 92 Mumbai culprits roam freely and enjoy government security. All
the anti-Muslim pre-planned riots, arson, rapes, losses of lives and properties are still awaiting
justice. The list is endless!
Have you seen those (hyprocrites) who claim that they believe in that which has been sent down to you, and that
which was sent down before you, and they wish to go for judgement (in their disputes) to the Tâghût (false
judges) while they have been ordered to reject them. But Shaitân (Satan) wishes to lead them far astray.
(AlNisa 4:60)
Also Quran explicitly hammers thrice:
...And whosoever does not judge by what Allâh has revealed, such are the Kâfirûn (i.e. disbelievers - as they do
not act on Allâh's Laws.) (Al-Maeda:44)
...And whosoever does not judge by that which Allâh has revealed, such are the Zâlimûn (polytheists and
wrongdoers - of a lesser degree). (Al-Maeda:45)
…And whosoever does not judge by what Allâh has revealed (then) such (people) are the Fâsiqûn (the rebellious
i.e. disobedient (of a lesser degree) to Allâh. (Al-Maeda:47)
O Muslims! We hereby declare that even if all the ulema, scholars and muslim leaders
collectively deviate from or refuse Allah( ) and Prophet’s( ) Verdict, their decision will
be right beneath our feet. Ultimately, Allah( ) is Most Supreme. Any argument against
the Quran and Sahih Hadith is totally unacceptable to us. Neither the All India Muslim Personal
Law Board nor the Babri Masjid Action Committee nor the Sunni Waqf Board nor any litigant
has any right to alter or compromise on any of these aspects whatsoever regarding the Babri
Masjid. All sorts of bartering and bargaining is totally unacceptable to Allah( ) and thus to
the Muslims.
Our Ulema ought to be those who fear Allah( ) the most as they are the most
knowledgeable but today it seems inversely true. They were to be more responsible and be at
the forefront like the Huffaaz (Quran scholars) companions of Prophet( ), several of whom
were martyred in the cause of Allah( ). They never sat back and were never content with
giving lectures alone dying to join the good-books of the Kuffar. It won’t be surprising if most
scholars of our times fill the Hellfire. We urge those ulema to behave sensibly, change their
attitude towards this Holy Cause, fear Allah( ) alone, come forward, inspire and motivate
the people and thus appease none but Allah( ) alone.
The Indian Mujahideen has time and again warned these infidel kuffars and idol worshippers
and their rulers to desist from their repressive designs and injustices aimed at the Muslim
community. These Pharaohs of India have themselves provided us the opportunity to once
again strike at their throats.
O you nasty, rotten Hindus! We are fully aware of your preparations at the Babri Masjid site
for the construction of a ‘grand temple’ over the corpses of our martyrs all over the country.
The Indian Mujahideen warn these filthy Hindu zealots that even if a Grand Temple of Gold is
built over the Babri Masjid we will destroy it at all costs. Remember! It was a Masjid, It is a
Masjid and It will always remain a Masjid. At this juncture Muslims are silent due to their state
of affairs. We hereby invite all our Muslim brethren to never be weak-hearted over the designs
of these idolators and urge them to strengthen their faith in Allah( ) and unite for the
cause of Islam. Surely, victory is awaiting us, InshaAllah. Our memories are still fresh and our
hearts still bleeding over every muslim brother and sister who was hacked to death after the
demolition of Babri masjid. Indian history is decorated with countless state-sponsored terror
and state-managed riots. Shaheed kii jo maut hai wo qaum ki hayaat hai. Indeed every martyr
enlivens the ummah. By Allah( )! We will not budge until every inch of the Masjid is
regained and lives of our martyrs avenged. By the grace of Allah( ) we will strike terror in
the hearts and minds of these idol worshippers until the mountain of injustice is undone.
InshaAllah, we will leave no stone unturned come what may till the anger of believer’s hearts
is removed and a Magnificent Masjid is built at the same spot. We have now achieved skills to
teach Newtons’ 3rd law in ‘their own’ terms. Our youth have all reasons to be proud and
pompous to shoulder our responsibilities towards the Ummah, while our elderly can be
content. Alhamdulillah! We seek their Duas and supplications for our cause.
And let not those who disbelieve think that they can outstrip (escape from the punishment). Verily, they will
never be able to save themselves (from Allâh's Punishment). And make ready against them all you can of power,
including steeds of war (tanks, planes, missiles, artillery) to threaten the enemy of Allâh and your enemy, and
others besides whom, you may not know but whom Allâh does know. And whatever you shall spend in the Cause
of Allâh shall be repaid unto you, and you shall not be treated unjustly. [Al-Anfal: 59-60]
The manhandling and heckling of Kashmiri leadership in Indian cities is not at all a
minor issue. These insane and cowardly Saffron Hindus on the behest of the IB and the
administration pounce upon weak people. As usual we are going through minute details of the
matter and have obtained vital clues of the mischief which we presume to be inappropriate to
be divulged at this point of time. Meanwhile we request the respected Syed Ali Shah Geelani
Saheb and the Mirwaiz to maintain their self-respect and dignity. These sons of monkeys and
snakes will never heed to sensible arguments and historical facts. Please don’t waste your time
with these lowly creatures as they will never understand!
Already have We urged unto hell many of the jinn and humankind, having hearts wherewith they understand not, and
having eyes wherewith they see not, and having ears wherewith they hear not. These are as the cattle - nay, but they are
worse! These are the neglectful. (Al-Araaf:179)
It’s really useless to expect anything good from these ugly creatures. Indeed to cure some, force is the
only option.
O dirty Hindu idolaters! If you continue with these ‘injustices’ then we promise that we will continue
our war against you. In the name of Allah( ) we are preparing for you since years and we will
continue on this path. Hope you will appreciate and relish this deadly slap in your face for the reason
that our brothers, sisters, elderly and kids have been subjugated to piles of humiliation at your hands.
Remember they were also someone’s father and someone’s mother and also someone’s child.
And there is little doubt that ‘wisdom comes with pain!’
And there is (a saving of) life for you in Al-Qisâs (the Law of Equality in punishment), O men of understanding, that you
may become Al-Muttaqûn (the pious - see V.2:2). (Al-Baqarah:179)
Lastly we appeal to all the Muslim countries to voice their concerns regarding oppression and injustice
done by India upon their fellow brethren. It is their duty to pressurize this ‘Empire of Falsehood and
Tyranny’ regarding the longstanding Kashmir issue where world’s largest concentration of armed
forces in an occupied territory stands. This ‘Hollow superpower’, needs to be told loudly and clearly
that it should get over its obsession with Muslims in India and that the Global Muslim Ummah is
seriously concerned about the issues like Babri Masjid and Kashmir.

VARANASI: A 10-month seeming lull after the Pune German Bakery blast was shattered on Tuesday when terror returned with a low-grade explosion at the evening Ganga Aarti in Varanasi that left a one-year-old girl, Swastika Sharma, dead and 35 injured, including four foreigners.
The crude device went off at 6.40pm at the old Dasaswamedh Ghat just as the aarti had begun. Mercifully the crowd was thin for the popular aarti on Tuesday as the city was already under red alert because of the Babri Masjid demolition anniversary a day earlier.
The Indian Mujahideen has claimed responsibility for the blast in an email sent from close to Link Road in west Malad in Mumbai. The group has said the attack was to "avenge" the Babri demolition. It also has attacked the Allahabad high court verdict on the Babri dispute.
Intelligence agencies were verifying the IM claim. Unlike on previous occasions, there was a 30-minute gap between the blast and the email. Intel sources said the low-intensity blast possibly indicated the desire on the terror group's part to earn propaganda points rather than inflict mass casualties.
An Italian tourist Alexender Monkerly was badly injured in the blast and his condition is said to be critical.

Doctors at the district hospital have referred him to Sir Sunderlal Hospital of Banaras Hindu University. Another foreigner, Rachel from France, sustained minor injuries.
Anti-terror squad (ATS) in-charge, additional director general of police (ADG), Brij Lal, said the explosives were kept inside a milk van that was placed under the main staircase of the ghat. Parts of a timer device were also recovered from the site. Explosive experts are trying to establish if the timer was used to trigger the blast.
In Delhi, Union home secretary G K Pillai confirmed that it was a terror attack. Countrywide, cities have been put on high alert. Home ministry sources many of the injuries were on account of the stampede that was triggered by the blast.
Chunks of concrete flew in the air as the stone staircase was shattered. A visit to the site showed that the steel railing along the stairway has been twisted out of shape and the debris had scattered as far as 20 metres. Initial investigations have confirmed that shrapnels were also used with the explosives to increase their impact.
A high alert was sounded across UP after the blast while the director general of police (DGP) Karamveer Singh along with principal secretary home Kunwar Fateh Bahadur Singh took a special plane to the temple town along with a team of ATS officers from Lucknow.
Intelligence sources said a terror group had done a recce of the ghats a week before Diwali. This was communicated to the intelligence unit of the district police. Incidentally, while there was a very high security bandobast on Monday, December 6, because of the Babri anniversary, the situation was lax on Tuesday.
Devotees, including a number of foreigners were assembled at the old Dashashwamedh Ghat to watch the daily Ganga Aarti. Suddenly a massive blow changed the entire scene causing a stampede-like situation. "We were watching the Ganga Aarti at the ghat. As soon as the lamp was lit, we heard a deafening sound and cries of people. My friend Emily also sustained injuries on her cheek and hand," said Jodie, a British tourist.
Normally, around 5,000 people gather at the ghat every evening to watch the aarti. The DIG said that it seemed that the blast was triggered more to create panic than have heavy casualties. However, the severity of the blast could be gauged from the fact that the stone parts of the ghat steps got scattered up to a 20-metre radius. The iron angles were damaged badly and the puja articles of aarti were also damaged. It was a massive blow, said Babu Maharaj of Gangotri Seva Samiti, the body that organises the aarti.
